Ariana Grande Claps Back At Hater Accusing Her Of Using Autotune On Stage

Ariana Grande got some hate on social media for supposedly using Autotune and she was quick to clap back! It all started with the singer showing off her undeniable talent by posting a clip of her singing from a concert part of the Sweetener tour.

Naturally, most of the people who stumbled upon the recording were left in awe, including some fellow singers such as Rita Ora, Charlie Puth and Lizzo.

But usually, there has to be at least one hater.

This was the case this time as well, since a particular user made it obvious that they were not impressed by Ariana’s vocals.

‘It sounds like autotune and [it’s] probably not live. I mean you’re a great singer and I love your voice and songs but this does not sound live,’ they wrote.

It did not take Ariana long to clap back, defending her talent: ‘Naw with all due respect, i could do this in your living room, fam. with no sound mixing and nohelp at all. i could do it on broadway (and I did). i can do it in the shower. the car. it’s my gift / it is why I’m her. i sing 30+ songs a night. every word. It is my thing. let me shine damn.’

This comes only a day after the star canceled a meet and greet, explaining that she’s really been struggling with depression as well as anxiety lately, perhaps more than ever.

‘My anxiety and depression have been at an all time high. I’ve been giving you all i’ve got an trying to push through as hard as I can and to mask it. Today has been an extra rough one. After a number of panic attacks, I feel the wisest decision would be not to do soundcheck party or m and g today and preserve my energy for the show.’

She went on to explain that she would never want to rush her time with the fans or not be there a hundred percent since she wants to actually enjoy their company.
